Quick smoothies
These recipes use almond milk, but you can replace with another milk of your choice depending on taste and dietary needs.
Peach smoothie
Peachy creamy whole smoothie
2 servings
Ingredients:
- Half a cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- Half a cup rolled oats
- Half a cup unsweetened almond milk
- Half a frozen banana
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into drinking glasses and enjoy immediately.
Chocolate smoothie
Coco choco smoothie
2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 8-10 ice cubes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Half a cup pumpkin puree
- 1 red apple chopped
- 1 frozen banana chopped
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 7-8 ice cubes

Banana bright smoothie with peanut butter 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- Half a cup rolled oats
- 5 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chopped unsalted walnuts (or nut butter)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 8-10 ice cubes
