Quick Homemade hamburger
Simple Hamburger ingredients:
- 500 grams of ground beef / minced beef
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Optional: a pinch of spices of your own such as garlic or onion powder
Instructions:
- Combine all the spices (salt, pepper, onion powder).
- Mix the minced beef with the spices
- Divide the minced beef into 6 equal portions and gently form them into patties.
- Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side
Personal touches:
You can have the burger with different types of buns or burger breads that your kids like.
If you want, you can add your own filings such as tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese or iceburg lettuce.
Sandwich fillings
Use sliced bread, wraps or flat bread and add the sandwich fillings and fillers of your choice. Some filling ideas are
- Tuna and mayonnaise.
- Cheese and ham slices.
- Curry chicken.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mayonnaise

- 500 grams of cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the mayonnaise, curry powder, cumin, chili powder, and paprika together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to your taste. Add the chicken to the mayonnaise sauce mix and toss for 1 minute until the chicken is well covered in the sauce.
