These recipes use almond milk, but you can replace with another milk of your choice depending on taste and dietary needs.

Peach smoothie

Peachy creamy whole smoothie

2 servings

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • Half a cup rolled oats
  • Half a cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Half a frozen banana

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into drinking glasses and enjoy immediately.

Coco choco smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 and a half cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 8-10 ice cubes

  • Half a cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 red apple chopped
  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 7-8 ice cubes

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Half a cup rolled oats
  • 5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped unsalted walnuts (or nut butter)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 8-10 ice cubes
